Each order includes a custom video created from:
- your purchased or provided content
- stock footage & photos
- any brand assets you’ve provided
- one complimentary round of edits
When you purchase your video, you will be prompted by a pop-up window in the app to fill out a customization survey. While this survey is optional, we highly recommend you fill it out--especially if it’s your first video. In this survey, you can provide brand fonts, colors, your logo, and a link to any photos/additional brand assets you’d like used in the video.
The written content in your video is pulled directly from the content you purchased from Verblio and/or the content that you provided (if using a video-only subscription).
You can request revisions to any phrasing you don’t like during your complimentary round of edits. Because our video editors are not copy editors or copywriters, we ask that you provide the exact wording that you would like included in the video instead.
While we do not currently offer voice over services, feel free to send us your voice over file to add to your Verblio Video!
Absolutely! Each video includes one round of complimentary edits, and additional rounds of edits can be purchased for an additional fee. When you receive your video, you have 7 days to request edits. Our team will provide you with a review link where you can provide time-coded edit requests on your video. When you’re finished leaving your feedback, we ask that you then leave a time-coded comment letting us know that you are finished reviewing your video and are ready for our team to begin edits. You will then receive your edited video within 48-hours or 2 business days.
Please note that once you have marked your edits complete, your complimentary round of edits is concluded. Any additional edits requests must be purchased.
Absolutely! Once you purchase your video, it now belongs to you and can be shared however you like. Customers often embed their videos on their websites, send them in promotional emails, or share them on social media.
Your final video will be in mp4 format, which you may edit as needed, once purchased.
Once you purchase your video, you will receive your video in 72-hours or 3 business days. Any videos purchased Wed or Thurs can generally be expected by end of day the following Monday.
For edit requests, you can expect your edited video to be completed within 48-hours or 2 business days. Edit requests submitted Thursday/Friday can generally be expected by end of day the following Monday.
